Due to the massive production scale and diverse waste types, there is an extremely high requirement for the particle size of recycled powder (precise mesh count). The client needed a solution capable of handling large-scale waste with high-precision grading.

Anti-Tangling Breakthrough
For drawing waste, a special shearing structure was adopted to completely solve the problem of cutter shaft tangling.
Multi-Stage Sorting
Through the air classifier, the powder is precisely separated into three grades:
100 mesh -> For cement-based building materials
200 mesh -> For engineering plastic PA6 modification
300 mesh -> For R&D center to develop new masterbatches
Global Replication
After the first set of equipment operated successfully at the Jiangsu base, the solution was quickly replicated to their Egypt production base, becoming the standard configuration for the group's internal 'Green Factory'.
