With the surging demand for GFRP pipes in municipal engineering and chemical industries, a large amount of non-biodegradable waste has been generated. The client faced severe environmental pressure and high disposal costs (approx. 1000 RMB/ton). Additionally, the diverse shapes, varying wall thicknesses, and metal inserts of pipe waste made it difficult for traditional equipment to process.
Core Solution: Technology & Eco Breakthrough
Addressing the client's pain points, we designed an integrated 'Pre-treatment - Multi-stage Crushing - Refining' system, balancing efficiency, purity, and environmental protection.
1. Environmental Protection
Equipped with comprehensive environmental protection facilities to effectively control dust during processing. Third-party testing confirmed that exhaust gas and dust emissions meet relevant standards, achieving compliant production.
2. Process Innovation
Customized process for GFRP pipe waste with 'complex shapes, impurities, and uneven wall thickness':
Pre-treatment: Manual + Intelligent sorting, removing metal inserts, and classifying by wall thickness.
Targeted Crushing: Using dual-shaft shredder for coarse crushing (≤50cm), adding impact crushing for thick-walled pipes.
Fine Grinding: Specialized GFRP grinding machine with air classification system, stably producing 120 mesh fine powder for high-end composite applications.
3. Economic Benefits
The project processes 5 tons/day and 1500 tons/year. It not only solved the waste accumulation problem and saved millions in outsourcing disposal fees but also created a new profit growth point by selling high-quality recycled powder.
