Product Overview

The Plant Dewatering Press Machine is an industrial equipment for screw-press dewatering and solid-liquid separation of high-moisture plant materials. Using a spiral pressing structure, material is propelled forward by the screw shaft with progressively increasing pressure. Liquid is efficiently separated and discharged through the screen, while low-moisture solid residue exits at the discharge port. The equipment handles fresh plants, biomass, agricultural by-products, food processing residues, and herbal materials. Two products are generated: plant juice/extract in liquid form, and low-moisture fiber residue in solid form. Widely applied in agriculture, biomass processing, food processing, and organic recycling to achieve material reduction and efficient resource utilization.
